Welcome to Cups & Coasters Café, a brand owned and operated by Nutrileads Hospitality Pvt Ltd. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, WhatsApp ordering system, in-café services, and related digital platforms (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, browsing, or using our Services, including placing an order online or via WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our associated policies. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
Important Notice
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Nutrileads Hospitality Pvt Ltd. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and functionality available on our website and digital platforms—including text, images, logos, menus, designs, graphics, software, and user interface elements—are owned by or licensed to Nutrileads Hospitality Pvt Ltd, operating under the brand Cups & Coasters Café, and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws in India.
Unauthorized Use Prohibited: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit, or exploit any content from our Services without prior written permission from the Company, except as expressly permitted under these Terms.

Reservation & Booking Policy
Our reservation system is designed to provide you with a seamless dining experience. Please review the following booking policies before making a reservation.

Important Notes
• All times follow India Standard Time (IST).
• Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes past your reservation time.
• Large group bookings may require pre-selection of menu items.
• Refunds are processed according to the notice period and payment method used.
Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal information. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, and use data when you interact with our website, WhatsApp ordering system, or in-café services.
Data Collection & Usage
We collect personal information that you provide directly to us, including when you make a reservation, place an order, contact us, or use our services. This may include:

- Reservation and delivery/pickup preferences
- Payment information processed securely via Razorpay or in-café methods
- Communication preferences and consent for transactional messages
- Technical data such as IP address, browser/device information, and usage logs
All collected data is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy to provide, improve, and secure our Services, process orders, and comply with legal obligations.
Payment Terms
All payments for online orders, reservations, or in-café services are processed securely through our payment gateway partners, including Razorpay. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, wallets, and other supported digital payment methods.
Currency: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). International payments may incur currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or card provider.
Payment Responsibility: Payment failures due to technical or banking issues are the responsibility of the customer’s bank/payment provider. The Company is not liable for such failures.
Refunds: Any eligible refunds will be processed according to our Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nutrileads Hospitality Pvt Ltd, operating as Cups & Coasters Café, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to data or content
- Delays or failures in processing orders or payments
- Inconvenience or damages resulting from technical issues or third-party services
- Any indirect or intangible losses arising from your use of our Services
Our maximum aggregate liability for any direct claims related to a specific order or service shall not exceed the value of that order or service. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability where prohibited by law.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your use of our platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good faith negotiations.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra, India, conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking interim relief from a competent court in India where necessary.
